inflpanjlott.com runs a finishing shop, not an online shop. This site exists to describe the services and to let a customer ask for a quote, and that shapes everything below: we collect a small amount of contact data, we use it to answer you, and we do not do anything clever with it.

What we actually collect
Only what you type into the quote request form, and only what we need to answer you:
- Your name
- Your company name, if you give one
- Your telephone number
- Your email address
- The description of the part, the material and the finish you are asking about
There is no account system on this site, no checkout, no saved payment method and no customer profile. We do not ask for social security numbers, and there is no reason on this website for us to hold one.
Why we hold it
To reply to your enquiry, to prepare a quote, to plan the finishing route and, if you go ahead with the work, to keep the job records a quality system expects to see. That last point matters: measurement reports and process records are part of the service itself, so some of what you send us ends up attached to a job file rather than a marketing list.
What we do not do with it
- We do not sell or rent your details to anybody.
- We do not add you to a mailing list, because there is no mailing list.
- We do not run advertising trackers, remarketing pixels or behavioural profiling on this site.
- We do not post anything you send us on social media. The case studies on this website are shown with customer permission.
Cookies
This site stores one thing locally in your own browser: your answer to the cookie banner, so the banner does not appear every time you visit. Nothing is transferred anywhere. The Cookie Policy explains this in more detail.
How long we keep it
Enquiries that do not turn into work are deleted within twelve months. Enquiries that become a job are kept for as long as the customer relationship lasts, plus the period your own quality requirements demand for traceability — in practice, several years for measurement and process records.
Your choices
You can ask us what we hold about you, ask for a correction, or ask for it to be deleted. Email info@inflpanjlott.com with the word "privacy" in the subject and a person will answer. If a job is active, we will explain what we are obliged to keep for the job file before we delete anything.
Security
Contact data is kept in ordinary business systems with access limited to the people who need it to answer you and run the work. This is a small company website rather than a high-traffic platform, and the protections match that: no data warehouse, no third-party marketing database, no enrichment service quietly adding fields to your record.
Children
This site is for businesses. We do not knowingly collect personal data from anyone under 16, and nobody under 16 has any reason to be using a quote form for industrial finishing services.
Changes
If this policy changes, the updated version replaces this one on this page, and the date below changes with it. We will not quietly rewrite it and hope nobody noticed.
