Reply to nothing — just send the drawing or the photos to info@inflpanjlott.com with the word "quote request" in the subject. inflpanjlott.com will match it to what you already sent so nobody asks you to type the same description twice.
A short reply with the finishing route, a price range based on what you described, the tolerance we can physically hold in that material, and how long it would take. If something is missing, we will ask for that one thing rather than guessing.
If the quote works, the next step is one piece finished to the full specification, with a photograph and a measurement sheet, usually within 48 hours. Nothing is run in volume until you have seen the real article and agreed it.
